Cancellations Policy

Once you place an order, our farmers harvest the fruits specifically for you. Since harvested fruits cannot be returned to the trees, orders that are placed and paid for cannot be canceled. However, we may consider postponing your order if you contact us promptly and it is operationally feasible. Please note that refunds are not possible once an order is placed, so keep this in mind when ordering.

Replacement Policy

We strive to provide you with the highest quality fruits. Please understand that our fruits are naturally grown and delicate, and may be affected by unpredictable weather conditions. As climate change impacts seasons globally, there may be instances where fruits spoil unexpectedly due to internal or external factors. Because of their perishable nature, we cannot offer replacements. Thank you for your understanding.
